Camp Foster Keyboardist – Catholic, Protestant and Gospel Services

On Time Staffing Group, L.L.C. is recruiting one part-time Keyboardist to support all three worship programs at Camp Foster Chapel, Building 450, Okinawa.

Schedule and hours:

• 12 hours per week
• Protestant service: Sunday, 0730–0900
• Catholic service: Sunday, 0930–1100
• Gospel service: Sunday, 1100–1230
• Required weekly rehearsals
• Required 30-minute pre-service warm-ups
• Scheduled special services and related rehearsals

Responsibilities:

• Play piano/keyboard for Catholic, Protestant and Gospel worship services.
• Perform each program’s required musical style professionally.
• Attend scheduled rehearsals and special services.
• Coordinate musical selections with the Music Directors and Service Chaplains.
• Remain present throughout each assigned service.
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before each service for warm-up.
• Coordinate program and logistical requirements with chapel leadership.

Minimum qualifications:

• At least one year of piano/keyboard experience.
• Proficiency playing Catholic, Protestant and Gospel worship music.
• Ability to read music in English.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to perform the work.
• Strong planning, organization and communication skills.
• Ability to complete required background screening and obtain installation access.

Hours: 12 hours per week
