Transition Assistance Program Data Entry / Front Desk Clerk
Location: Kadena Air Base, Okinawa
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Hours: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week

Minimum Requirements
- U.S. citizen with a valid Social Security number.
- High-school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of data-entry experience.
- Customer-service or business-office experience.
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of military protocol and chain of command.
- Experience with a Military & Family Readiness Center or similar support organization.
- Able to pass the required background investigation and obtain a Common Access Card.
- Answer calls, greet visitors and schedule appointments and classes.
- Enter and maintain information in AFFIRST, Excel and other approved systems.
- Track Transition Assistance Program appointments and requirements.
- Contact service members regarding appointments and required documents.
- Prepare program packets, handouts and monthly reports.
- Maintain accurate records and protect sensitive information.
