Description / 業務内容:
The Music Director will coordinate with the Service Chaplain and chapel staff to provide music support for the Camp Foster Gospel Service, including worship services, rehearsals, and special chapel-approved services.

ミュージックディレクターは、サービスチャプレンおよびチャペル職員と連携し、キャンプ・フォスターのゴスペル礼拝、リハーサル、チャペルが承認した特別礼拝における音楽サポートを担当します。

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容:

Lead choir, praise team, musicians, and congregational singing.
聖歌隊、プレイズチーム、演奏者、会衆の賛美をリードする。

Select and prepare Gospel music in coordination with the Service Chaplain.
サービスチャプレンと連携し、ゴスペル音楽を選定・準備する。

Conduct rehearsals and pre-service warmups.
リハーサルおよび礼拝前のウォームアップを実施する。

Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteer singers and musicians.
ボランティアの歌手・演奏者を募集、育成、調整する。

Prepare song lists, lyrics, and music materials as needed.
必要に応じて、曲目リスト、歌詞、楽譜等を準備する。

Communicate with chapel staff and submit required reports.
チャペル職員と連絡を取り、必要な報告書を提出する。

Qualifications / 応募資格:

At least 1 year of experience leading choir, praise team, or worship music.
聖歌隊、プレイズチーム、または礼拝音楽をリードした経験が1年以上あること。

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
高等学校卒業、GED、または同等の学歴。

Ability to read and interpret music.
楽譜を読み、理解できること。

Strong English communication skills, oral and written.
英語での十分なコミュニケーション能力があること（口頭および文書）。

Ability to work with chaplains, chapel staff, volunteers, and congregation members.
チャプレン、チャペル職員、ボランティア、会衆と協力して業務を行えること。

Ability to access Camp Foster and meet base access requirements.
キャンプ・フォスターへの入門が可能であり、基地入門要件を満たせること。

Preferred / 歓迎条件:

Experience supporting a U.S. military chapel program.
米軍チャペルプログラムでの勤務またはサポート経験。

Ability to play piano, keyboard, or another worship-support instrument.
ピアノ、キーボード、または礼拝サポート用の楽器を演奏できる方。
